The materials come from the Park County Local History Archive that was established by a group of dedicated volunteers in 2001. The Archive is currently housed in the Park County building in Fairplay and managed by the Department of Heritage, Tourism, & Community Development. Digitization of the Archive is undertaken as a collaborative project between the Park County Department of Heritage, Tourism, & Community Development and the University of Denver’s Library and Information Science program. Collections currently available for viewing on the digital archive include selected items from the photographic collection and oral history collection. ‹ › To learn more about the archives please visit our About page.
